describe
Lightweight refractory castables belong to the category of hydraulic castables, suitable for various kiln lining insulation layers and float glass kiln flue sealing castables. They have the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, good insulation performance, small linear shrinkage, good casting integrity, and good drying strength.
Heavy refractory castables are mainly used as lining and sealing materials for thermal equipment in industrial kilns. According to the performance of the binder, refractory castables are classified into clay, high alumina, and inorganic types. They achieve their own properties under hydraulic and high temperature conditions, respectively, and have high acid resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance, wear resistance, and anti peeling properties. They are suitable for small and medium-sized blast furnace hearths in cement kilns, power frequency induction furnace melting tanks, soaking furnace desulfurization hoods, blast furnace air ducts and rotary kilns, as well as various flues, acid tanks, and other parts.
Lightweight castables are made of aluminate cement, high alumina fine materials, ceramic particles, and several additives. This product has the characteristics of light volume, high compressive strength, acid and acidic gas corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, thermal insulation, and low water absorption rate.
Mainly used in acid resistant projects such as acid resistant pools and tanks in industries such as high chimneys, high-temperature flues, and air duct linings, petroleum, chemical, and non-ferrous metallurgy.
